Because every love story deserves to be celebrated, exactly as it is.
When Love Is All That Really Matters
Some weddings stay with you long after the flowers have been taken down, the music has stopped and the last glass has been raised.
Not necessarily because they were the grandest or most elaborate, but because of how they made you feel.
Antonia and Anna’s beautiful September wedding in Zakynthos was one of those celebrations.
There was elegance, there was emotion, there was plenty of laughter, and above all, there was love. The kind that doesn’t need explaining, doesn’t need to fit into a particular mould and certainly doesn’t need permission to be celebrated.
And that, for me, is what makes a wedding truly special.

Beautifully Simple, Wonderfully Personal
Set against the warm Mediterranean backdrop of Zakynthos, Antonia and Anna celebrated their love at Villa Shangri-La, surrounded by family and friends.
Their wedding was a beautiful reminder that simplicity doesn’t mean compromising on romance or personality.
With elegant white florals, delicate details and an outdoor ceremony, everything came together in a way that felt personal to them. Nothing needed to be overcomplicated because the most important part of the day was already there: two people, completely in love, ready to make their promises to one another.
As a wedding celebrant, I often remind couples that there is no single recipe for the perfect ceremony. You don’t have to follow every tradition or meet anyone else’s expectations.
Your wedding should feel like you. And Antonia and Anna’s certainly did.

The Little Moments That Mean Everything
One of my favourite parts of being a celebrant is witnessing those little moments that no amount of planning can create.
The nervous smiles before the ceremony. The way two people look at each other as they exchange their vows. The unexpected laughter that breaks through a deeply emotional moment. And, of course, the happy tears from the people who love them most.
Antonia and Anna’s ceremony had all of these.
Watching them stand together, share their promises, laugh and embrace was a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do.
Because behind every wedding is a story. A story of finding one another, choosing one another and deciding to continue life’s journey together. And being trusted to tell even a small part of that story is something I never take for granted.

Mazí and Agápi: Two Little Greek Words, So Much Meaning
One of the most personal touches in Antonia and Anna’s ceremony was the inclusion of two beautiful Greek words: mazí (μαζί), meaning “together,” and agápi (αγάπη), meaning “love.”
They may be simple words, but they carry so much of what marriage is about. Agápi is the love that brings two people together. Mazí is the choice to keep walking side by side, through everything life has in store.
And I love that mazí means so much to Antonia and Anna that they are planning to have it tattooed — a permanent little reminder of a promise made on a very special day.
This is why I adore creating personal ceremonies. Sometimes a single word can become part of a couple’s story forever.
Love Has No One Definition
I have always believed that love comes in every shape and form, and that every couple deserves to feel seen, welcomed and celebrated.
A wedding ceremony should never be about fitting into a set of expectations. It should be a reflection of the people standing at the heart of it.
Whether a couple chooses a traditional celebration, an intimate elopement, a symbolic ceremony or something completely different, the most important thing is that their promises feel genuine.
Antonia and Anna’s wedding was a wonderful celebration of exactly that: two beautiful brides, two individual personalities, one shared love story.
No labels needed to define the love between them. Just the freedom to celebrate it proudly, joyfully and wholeheartedly. And what a privilege it was to be part of it.
A Little Laughter, A Lot of Love
If there is one thing I always hope couples remember about their ceremony, it’s not just the words that were spoken but the feelings they shared.
The warmth of holding hands. The happiness of hearing their story told aloud. The laughter, the tears and that wonderful moment when they turn to face their loved ones, knowing they’ve just made promises they’ll carry into their future together.
For Antonia and Anna, that joy was impossible to miss.
From their emotional vows to their first kiss and their wonderfully happy walk back down the aisle, every photograph tells a little piece of their story.
And the celebrations that followed? Let’s just say there was no shortage of laughter or bubbly!
A little romance, a little fun and plenty of beautiful memories. Exactly as a wedding should be.

Your Love Story, Your Way
Every ceremony I create begins with the same belief: no two love stories are alike, so no two ceremonies should be either.
I want couples to feel comfortable being themselves. To laugh when something is funny, to cry when the emotions take over and to enjoy every beautiful, imperfect, unforgettable moment.
Because years from now, the things that will matter most aren’t whether everything went exactly according to plan. They’ll be the feelings. The promises. The people. The love.
Antonia and Anna, thank you for allowing me to be part of your beautiful day. Your wedding was a celebration of everything I believe marriage should be: love, friendship, laughter and the wonderful freedom to be yourselves.
Here’s to a lifetime of happiness, adventures and many more reasons to celebrate.
